The 1994 Earthquake Caused severe cosmetic damage to this 1930 era home. Enough damage that most of the surfaces had to be removed and replaced. The owners, having never really liked the simple Spanish style, decided to transform the home to a style they loved, "Tudor Eclectic". A new family room, Master Suite, and enlarged Kitchen were also added in the rear of the home. During the process or demolishing, it was discovered that a "modern" flat drop-ceiling had covered the original arched ceiling. This was removed, and the graceful arched ceiling was restored!
